When you have a game you need to get it on greenlight. http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/about/?appid=765
Also I think you are confusing Steamworks with getting a job at Valve. Steamworks developers are self employed or work for a game company.
Well I guess a $2.99 game from Greenlight is as good as a any lol
I love this idea. I've been in gaming forever, am one of the "older" gamers for sure... but want to involve myself more. I'm good with testing, error replication & reporting, solutions, etc. I've obviously got the time it takes.
What's the best way to get in contact with a cool game company? I'm a huge enthusiast and fan of OVERKILL and similar stuff. I also love indie / small or lo-fi games.
EDIT: Not looking for salary or a paid position, just want to do some good work and be affiliated with Steamworks Development, and do what I do while continuing my education.
Thanks in advance for your responses.
Awesome! Thanks, Forcen!
+1 to you good sir/maam!
