I'm wary of USER Metacritic numbres, since these tend to skew very highly on the low end since they are highly prone to review bombing, which doesn't represent the quality of the actual game.
I find the 'real' Metacritic score, IN AGGREGGATE, geneally gives a very good indicator of the quality of a game.
User metacritic reviews are utterly worthless
There are a few reviewers that I tend to "trust" more than others simply because they do a lot of reviews, but getting an impression from an unknown reviewer is still better than getting no impression at all.
