market and trade 15 day lock again

my account was unlocked yesterday and now i get on today to another trade lock. my pc has not changed in over a year. either remove the steam guard from my account. or refund every peeny i have spent over the last 5-6 years

All you guys log in with a new device? That is when it is supposed to lock you out. Steamguard has to be active on a new device for at least 15 days.
