Avatar upload is currently disabled, HELP

Recently i have changed my profile pic to this, then after a few mins i've tried to change again then below my pic there's a red words that says : "avatar upload is currently disabled, try again later"

what should i do, i need some helps & tips
plus, i had to use official game avatars..that sucks

I belive everyone is having the same problem so far, i have it too, and now it have been saying that for 2 days, so far i belive it dosen't matter where you come from, or time zone, or anything, everyone have the same problem with avatars, i'm just taking a guess, but i belive steam is maybe cleaning up in avatars, when there is many porn pictures on steam.

I have tryed from my two pcs, tryed from the internet, anything really.
But nothing seems to work, i'm stuck with thoese ugly standard steam avatars.

so that means steam really is down for while due to maintanence or something?

i belive, i think its because of all the unwanted pictures on steam, like gore, porn ect ect. They are probaly delete them, but its funny they cant think long enough to the pictures will probaly come again, i would say there is probaly more porn / gore sprays in games than steam avatars.

It's because steam it's doing something big maybe or just clean up some porn avatars

Just like i said, but yea i belive thats it, i have seen many of my 'friends' getting their avatar deleted now.
