How do I post an image in discussion?

Been trying to figure out how to post a screenshot of mine into the community discussion but cant seem to find a way to do it. I know its prob simple but seem to be overlooking it, one quick answer pls. been trying to google it. no luck.

Upload image to an image hosting website (Imgur is an example).
Paste the link in your post.

If this (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=172541409) is what you are trying to accomplish:

(1. Make a screenshot in game. In my situation, the shortcut is F12. After your session, you will get a pop-up showing all the screenshots you made. Select the ones you like, give them a title and upload them to your profile. Make sure their visibility is set to Public, since you want to post it in a community discussion.)

2. Click on your name, then go to your profile. After that, click on screenshots and you should see the ones you want right there. Finally, its address can be found in the upper left hand corner. Copy and paste that to your heart's content in any discussion you want!
