so if i buy a game with paypall and i have money in wallet they got money from wallet?

I don't know what you're asking. When you buy a game, you're given a choice between the different payment methods it detects. You can choose to use PayPal, if you have it, or the cash in your Steam wallet, if you have any. I'm not sure what it does if you have less money in your wallet than the game costs.

They allow you to split your wallet cash and a credit/debit card but if you do paypal it all comes from paypal you can not split the two like a credit/debit card.
