Damn man that's awsome I envy you. What is that fiber? Non the less try PINGPLOTTER. Doesn't matter how fast your internet is you may be suffering major packet loss and Steam turns off downloads when that happens then retrys later. Trust me very useful free tool

@ MAzing87 what were the results? Any weak hops?
@solosociable I have tried PingPlotter. It's a nice tool to have, but didn't see anything unusual from almost an hour of time it was activated. I saw one moment it was 100% packet loss, but other than that, nothing unusual to report.
It's just Steam not keeping the connection when a game is downloading. And if I'm downloading multiple games, the queue page gives them start times that are much too soon as it stops a current download to begin.
