can steam ban my steam for tools of games I don't own?

OK, so a friend came round lat week or so and used my computer to check his steam and a little while later I noticed that I had 57 tools. So I looked into it and it's got: dedicated servers, SDK's, benchmark tools and development kits. I am aware my friend has quite an amount of games but I can't seam to remove these tools and i'm a little scared ( A lot scared ) that steam will see these and realize I don't own games for the tools. Will I be banned as I recently spent £20 on steam and I don't wan't it to have been for nothing because I was wanting to buy Skyrim next week. Will I be banned? Please help me! ( I will really appreciate it )

Almost all of these tools are free. Check your tools section. Click all games then change it to tools. These are the ones you own for free on your account, dont worry :)

No, you won't get banned.

For the most part, all that stuff is things every Steam account has for free anyway, like dedicated servers, which are free for everyone.
