Possible Scam?
When i was on a TF2 trade server, this kind player (forgot his name) offered a free game if we traded with him. i did so and he gave me a code that redeems as Crysis 2 Maximum Edition.. is this dangerous? let me know if anymore detail is needed.

Its just a humblebundle key, should be perfectly valid. People are just throwing them away, it should be ok.

Like what Nikag said, most people are just throwing away their HumbleBundle keys because they have no use for it.
If you don't know what the HumbleBundle is, just search on google for it :)
So no I wouldn't say it's that dangerous. But always be careful when trading a game key for another game key with someone else.
Because you can't really trust the other person

Incidentally it's always worth checking the latest humble becuase you can often get all the games on offer for $1.
Always, always, offers that look good, aren't.

Yes, thanks guys. was getting worried for a sec.
If the game turns out to be a stolen or fraudulently acquired copy, it can cause issues for you and your account. Accepting free games, or trading for "keys" or money is risky at best.
