How do i change language in medal of honor

i have bought MoH in the new humble bundle and installed it but i start the game and its in spanish :( .
How do i change the language

Right Mouse Click Medal of Honor Single Player on your Steam Library.

-> Properties -> Language -> [English] (for example]

Huuh help? I got the same problem but my tab is like locked. When I click on the arrow to choose another language, nothing happens and I can't switch.

Oh, I got it. You have to close your game first lol

Click that tap and press 'e' (English)

Aparently it has to download the english version aswell
well the english parts anyways.
