For Humble Bundles soundtracks, refer to the download link on your purchase email (or your humble account)
The Humble Bundle soundtracks are cake to download as there is a tab specifically for the music I own in my Humble Account; I was hoping for the same (or something similar) from Steam. Perhapps in the future I suppose.
Thanks

I also want to second the idea of tracking one's purchase history. With the many different places to buy games and soundtracks and stuff like that, digitally, it can get pretty confusing quickly. Keep a spreadsheet saying what you bought, when, in what bundle (if applicable), and for how much. I find it very useful.
Preemptively, any to comment that the solution is installing Windows is not a solution I'm looking for. I'm looking to listen to the music, not play the game. And yes I purchased some Windows games with soundtracks with the intent to play them later--especially since they were huge winter deals at 66% price cut.
If you buy a soundtrack separately, can you just download it? It would be nice if the bundles worked this way, and I'm surprised I cannot find a solution.
@Wakisashi: This ain't the first time this has happened: http://steamcommunity.com/app/263400/discussions/0/630802344667644924/
