Ragnarok Online 2 and WarpPortal Issues: sample@example.com.
When I hit the play button for Ragnarok Online 2, a WarpPortal launcher comes up asking me to verify my email. The problem is, my email shows up incorrectly as "sample@example.com". The only two options on the popup are to send a request to the wrong email to confirm it, or to login which does not work since my email will not confirm as sample@example.com.

I can work around this issue by browsing local files for ro2 and clicking on "RO2Client". The games starts up and I can play. However, this action does not actually solve the issue.

I'm frustrated, since I want to be able to access the game through steam but I am given no option I am aware of to fix my email, which was properly inputted by me in the beginning anyway.

I know steam is not the issue (I love steam and have had no issues with it) but WarpPortal Support Center has been no help. They've told me how to change my password, which I did not need to know and have linked me to a steam discussion I had found on my own days before, which did not actually solve the issue,

Does anyone know how to fix the email mix-up I've been dealing with? It's driving me crazy. If the answer is "contact WP Support Center" then it seems I just need to call it quits and move on.

having the same issue .... logged like 2 tickets on their site with no reply.

Have you had any success?

I never had the issue resolved, so I stopped playing. There seems to be a lot of confusion over this issue with no answers. Or at least there was when I was attempting to link my accounts.
