Low FPS at games . Please help .

Hello everyone . My name is Robert. I have problems with my PC . I when im playing some games like Farcry 3 or Call of duty Modern Warfare 3 i have very low FPS at some places. I think my PC is for this games good. For any Call of duty is better than good but i dont know why it is lagging . Every day is my PC getting slower. Please help me stop that.
My PC :OS : Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: AMD FX-4170
RAM: 8GB DDR 3
Graphics card: AMD Radeon™ HD 7770 GHz Edition

Whats your FPS while playing these games? Also what is your ping usually?

Do you have the low fps problems when playing MP ?
My FPS is 40, but it depends on your settings and hardware. I was saying overheat of GPU or CPU may cause this. You can use a software to monitor these feature. Your drivers must always be uptodate (and don't use the beta ones).

I have my Graphics drivers updated. Its not for bad ping , When im not moving and looking at some wall i have 50-60 fps, but when i go somewhere where is too much things it will be only 15 FPS and i cant play that ...Now when i open Google Chrome or other web browsers my PC will freeze and my screen will turn black and after some seconds it will be normal.

Could be registry errors. I use Ccleaner to repair my registry files, give that a shot and see how many errors it finds.

It seems to me that your setting are way too high for your computer...try to lower them a little. You need to configurate it so you can play it confortably.

I found only 2 . I take care of my PC too much . Im deleting history (If you know what i mean) and other things.

Well I'm not a computer wiz or anything but if your drivers are up to date, you have no registry problems, and your still having issues even with chrome and other programs I would just reinstall and start fresh. I usually do it once a year regardless just to get rid of the clutter from installing/uninstalling hundreds of games. Unless you have spyware/adware or a virus?

I have retarded AVG Internet Security what think every .dll file is a trojan horse -_- ...I had that problem 1 week before but with Battlefield 3 . It was too low FPS like COD MW3 . I fixed it and EA support help me :) but i did everything what before that week and its still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up . But my Battlefield 3 have 40-60 FPS :D (now when are other games low fps)

..Can it be for my graphics card? because i had some blue screens . I think 5 or less. 4 when i tryed start one program and 1 when open My computer. Sorry for my bad english .

As I said, it may be orverheat...Try to monitor the temperature of your CPU and GPU

It could be your graphics card, but it could also be ram. I would test your ram first.
