How long is the backlog on support tickets? Mine is 7 days old now

Just curious if I'm going to have to wait a few weeks, a month, or what? I've got a $16 item in my backpack that is inaccessable for trading!

They would likely ignore a ticket like this because the answer should be obvious. If an item is not tradable, you cannot trade it.

It's a bills hat....that was traded to me...for keys. It's tradable.

I was able to trade it. Apparently it was not a trade issue, but a problem with not being listed in the search index. I always use the search feature to find my items in the trade window and it wouldn't come up when searching, nor was it searchable when creating trades on trade sites. I updated my ticket so hopefully they can find the cause.
