Garry's Mod Crashing My Computer. [Please help!]

My Garry's mod crashes my computer when playing in-game. Seems like it happens with certain addons (I don't actually have the addons, but the server I join automatically mounts it)
like M9K, if I equip any gun from that addon, my computer will crash, no DVI, fans high, power is on.
This started happening not to long ago.

Things I've tried:

• Re-Rolling GPU Drivers [Version: 314.14]
  
• Uninstalling Garry's Mod / Re installing / Deleting Garry's Mod Folder
  
• I don't have ANY installed addons
  
• Tried playing lowest settings on DX level -80

My comp also crashes randomly while in other game modes, like Prop-hunt.

I'm using Gyazo to take screen-shots of CPU-Z, showing information on my specs.

sounds like the computer over heating if it crashes after some time, make sure the venting is clear

It's not over heating. I just now got a BSOD BCCode 124 while sitting idle. Maybe it's files on the computer? Although I already reinstalled windows. Maybe Harddrive faliure?

Make sure the following are as up to date as possible:

• Graphics Drivers
  
• BIOS (As said by Silicon Vampire, and seems to be the most logical)
  
• Service Packs for Windows (Make sure Automatic Updates are enabled too)
  
• Network Adapters (Latest drivers for)

Once there, and your game is still not playable, try in order and check after each:

• Verify game cache.
  
• Your system's tower is in a well enough ventillated area to prevent overheating.
  
• Go into your BIOS, reset all settings to their defaults (Using the hotkey), even if you know they are, save & exit.
  
• Install/Reinstall DirectX 11.1 (Run using DX11.1 too)

More indepth things you can try:

• Refresh your Steam files to make sure it isn't something that could be fixed by reinstalling Steam (Will reset your settings, but will keep your games). Steam Support Link
  
• Run a memory test on your 4GB of RAM to check for calculation errors and bad sectors. (Choose the extended test)(This takes many hours) Windows Support Link[windows.microsoft.com]

Failing all of this, I would say it's server addons that are messing too much with your computer. Make sure that you have some sort of anti-virus installed on your computer too (You just never know anymore...sadly).

Here I am, again.
It is now happening on games like TF2, Half Life, etc.
(all Source games)
So I don't know what I should do now.

I found 2 servers that work on my computer: JCraft - Vanilla - No Downloads!, and also ForsakenServers 67thway. It must be a problem with the addons

Those are both TTT servers, hope this works :)
