DirectX 11 Problem

ok so my friend baught me arma 3 beta and i Really wanted to play it, so i installed steam and downloaded the gift i got, so i pressed play and it gave me the message : "The latest Version of Directx is required to play this game" so i ran DXdiag and it tells me i have DX11 and i didn't knew what to do, so i opened arma 3 AGAIN and now i pressed the site steam linked me to, it was microsoft.com/windows/directx but since this site no longer exists it redirected me to Xbox Marketplace.my Nvidia drivers are up to date, but when i try to install directX it just doesn't work. PLEASE HELP! ! !

Go to Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Arma 3 > DirectX. Install it from there and see if it fixes the problem.

Try verifying the integrity of the games cache or restarting steam/computer.

Uninstall all DirectX versions and try reinstalling them.

Canti, i' using Win7 Ultimate and GTX 550 ti Nvidia.

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and look for any versions of DirectX.

djdecks, on programs and features there are no DirectX versions.
and Seven7 i don;t have any log in Windows Folder O_o .

djdecks2 the problem is not with the Nvidia Drivers, it's a problem with the Windows DirectX, and i want to repair only the DirectX.
