Stupid Input of Chinese Language

i don't know why i cant type in Chinese when i chat with friends on steam in the game. But when i swap to the desk, it works.

I have send this issue to customer service for several times but no response.

its abit trouble with this, while u in game, u need to change ur input to chinese(alt +shift) before u alt+tab to open chat. u can input chinese nw. anyway im using google pinyin for chinese input
