Game Overlay UI Hogging the System

Is anyone experience problems with the gameoverlayui.exe after the last update? Whenever i try to open the web browser inside the game overlay the screen become unresponsive and i'm not able to do anything inside, when i go back to the game the process keeps running and taking 25% of the CPU which i assume is using a full core. I was playing BO2 and was trying to read some news while waiting in the lobby and i realized the game got really slow and dropping frames when i check my task manager there were 2 intances of the gameoverlayui.exe which were using 25% each.

Oh yeah i know, it's just that is useful when u got to wait on the lobby. If I don't open the Web Browser inside the gameoverlay it's ok.

I'm having the exact same problem, right down to the 25%. My In-Game Browser isn't working either, as I cannot type in the google search bar. I can type in the URL bar, but it doesn't load any webpages. It just shows a blank screen. I also cannot trade 75% of the time, because if the other person accepts it just shows a blank trade screen, the inventory and chat boxes don't even appear.
