CD Key issues.

On a lot of my games, such as Arma II and C&C RA3, the Serial key is said to be invalid, does anyone know a reason and how to fix this.

might be the CS-key is used ! better contact the person who sold you the respective games

You can't activate CD-key's from retail if the game isn't a steamworks title.
Arma 2 and C&C are not steamwork titles.

No, I mean the serial code that steam gives every game they sell you, you know, right click on a game and click request serial key. Every time I am launching certain games that I bought off steam it is coming up with it is invalid.

No problem if you bought them outside of Steam just talk to the shop owner about that he will change them for sure :)

In that case, you should talk to the support as they're the only ones with access to the back-end.
