What does "Block all Communications" actually do?
I blocked "all communication" with the user http://steamcommunity.com/id/ArsenalGirls (a very idle attempt to masquerade as a female: the profile picture is from a porn gallery all around the internet). But as per title, what does "Block all Communications" actually do? I can still view his profile. I could even add him as friend. So... what have I blocked? :hmm:

The person can not contact you in any way.

But in Steam you can't send PM anyway... so the total block means that he just can't leave a comment on my profile?
Apparently you can still see their posts on the discussion boards as well, which ends up making it a rather pointless function imho.

Stops them from adding and chatting with you, as well as posting on your profile. It doesn't block their posts on public discussions, because if you can't see who is posting and what it says then the conversation is just going to look confusing.
