Get steam games on a flash drive (mac)
I use a computer with a small SSD for gaming at other people's houses. Because of this, I got a very nice flash drive to do stuff with. I just need to figure out how to get this to work. So what should I do? (Make mac think that drive is internal) (Boot off of the drive somehow) (etc)

Typically you can't really play games off a flash drive because their transfer speed are quit slow. Something with USB 3.0 or thunderbolt would be the most ideal because of their speed. If you have like a portable HDD like WD passports.

Judging from the solution at the end of the post, the user was running games off multilple thumb drives. I how this information helps.
