Any Tips for a Banned player on Trendynet. (DD)

I have been Reported Due Modded Gear that i bought from a shop without knowing that it was Hacked on Dungeon Defenders. It was 6 days ago that i sended a to [e-mail] and they still don't respond to me. I told them everything i knew and i know of myself that im a legit player. I wish they could respond/help me fast because i'm going to holiday over a week so i won't be able to play for a long time. I already know that i have a Tempory Ban and not a permanent ban but i wan't to know how long a Tempory Ban is and how long it will take till they look at my case.

Does anyone have any tips for me? I already sended 2 emails to Trendyent.
