trying to record google chrome with fraps (got fraps)
i got fraps and i know it wont record windows 8 is there something that can?

Well I don't know what that has to do with steam, but why don't you try some other programs ?
I recommend you ezvid www.ezvid.com. Only thing is: It captures the whole desktop not only google chrome.I think there is no program that records only google chrome.

Fraps captures Aero what is used in Windows 7. In Windows 8 Microsoft removed it.
