Can gift games i have already bought for myself?
I have a game i no longer want and would gift it to someone for a payday 2 beta key... can i do that?

If you didn't purchase it as a gift, you cannot gift it to someone else.

No. If a game is purchased and added to your account, it can not be given away. If you buy it as a gift, it will be added to your inventory and can then be either traded away or redeemed by you.
