Downloading Steam Profile Backgrounds?

Hello, I have a background in my inventory that I would like to use as my wallpaper. But I haven't found any way to download the background to my machine.

Well on my machine, using Firefox, I can right-click on my profile and choose "View Background Image", and then save the image like you would any other.

If you must use the in-client browser, you can right-click->View Source and then search for "background" - there's a URL for the image shortly after that.

Equip the background on your profile, then open up your normal browser (IE/FF/SAF/CH) and browse to your own profile page. Hoover with your mouse over the background, rightclick and select 'show image'

You can also directly rightclick > save image/ Set as background, but because the images are stretched, it needs some edits in photoshop to let it fit correctly.

In your browser, "view source" and search for "background-image". There is a URL for the full image. You can put that URL in your browser then download the image.
