RU Steam gift
So I just got Max Payne 3 gift and it's restricted activation area 'RU'
How can I active it from another country plz
I tried with a vpn and it doesn't work

Unfortunately I do not believe there is a way to activate it, and trying a VPN is against Steam's Terms and Conditions. Whomever gifted it to you should request a refund, but I would be more concerned that your gift (unless you've verified it otherwise) is actually a scam. Only accept gifts that you can verify the recipient. If it is a legitimate gift, it would be wise for the gifter in the future to verify these things before trying to save the hassle.
