Borderlands 2: Xbox to Steam?

Hello,

This may be a stupid question and I apologise in advance if so, but I purchased Borderlands 2 for 360 along with the initial season pass and will likely be selling my Xbox and using Steam exclusively from here on out. I intend to return to Borderlands 2 now that they have announced a second season pass but would like to continue playing on Steam. So my question is as both are Microsoft do I need to purchase the entire game and DLC that I've already purchased again, or is there some way to link the account/download for free (well, not really 'free' as I've legitimately purchased it, but you know what I mean) and then purchase the new season pass?

I'd like to play but I can't justify spending another $90 on something I already own. FYI I own the physical copy (I pre-ordered and got the mechromancer stuff with it).

Like I said, probably a stupid question but I'm new to Steam and it was worth asking on the off chance :)

You'll have to buy borderlands 2 on steam if you want to play it on steam.
