How do I change the size of my Steam so that I can actually see my whole profile background?

I can't see half of my profile background, how do i change my steam to where I can? For example my current biker profile background has half of the biker's body missing because the size is so off. Thanks guys .

I thought custom buckgrounds came from steam - is this an image you've uploaded? Just my suggestion: make sure on fullscreen if the image is still cut off, also make sure that it's a screen size like 1920x1080.

Ok for example, whenever I look at YOUR profile background it is getting cut off on the right side right on Elizibeth's elbow, insteado f showing the rest of it as well.
