Screen Shifted
For some reason, everytime I try and play a game that I've gotten on Steam, the screen is shifted to the left. A little bit of the screen is cut off on the left side, and there's a black bar the same size on the right side of the screen. How do I fix this?

I recently got a new monitor and have the resolution set at 1920x1080 or whatever it is.

I went to play Metro2033 and it automatically detected the wrong resolution resulting in the picture being shifted to the left with a long black bar down the right hand side. I just went into graphics options in game and changed to the correct resolution.
