Civilization V error...Help me

My English capacity lousy....;; Please understand..
I play civ 5 there isn't problem. But I click 'save steam cloud' or 'loda game' civ 5 is turm off.
And runtime error....In my computer my friend ID is no problem.. but my ID is wrong....
I don't know what should I do....

Try to Uninstall the game and then install it again.. i dont know if it works but it seems that your game is installed wrong or something.. hope it helped :D

(btw i see you have "Civ 5 SDK" .. do you know how i fix the "mod buddy" .. it does not work for me.. :D

This was posted in July. Make your own thread if you have a problem with it. I recommend making it in the Civ5 discussions.
