Steam downloading at 0bytes/s
I've had this issue for the past few days and I've none of the troubleshooting I found has worked. I've tried changing my download region, reinstalling steam, renaming appcache and config folders, and renaming ClientRegistry.blob. I've been trying to download CSS, Garrys Mod, Killing Floor, and CiV5, but no luck on any of the downloads.

I've been trying to download overnight and it seemed to peak at 100kb/s at one point but only downloading 300mb over 14 hours is a bit ridiculous on a 15mb down and 8mb up connection.

My downloading is perfectly fine over firefox or any other browser and torrents. I'm not sure what to do from here, so is there any sort of fix?

I figured out why mine wasn't working. See if your peer to peer services are disabled in the task manager. They're p2pimsvc and p2psvc. If they're disabled enable them.
my downloads are stuck at 99%, they began to work at 8MB/s and then dropped down to 3.6KB/s once the download reached 99%. HELP
