please help ..steam store corrupted images

- i've tried the classics, exit steam & restart computer
- i've tired loading in safe mode..
- i've tried reinstallilng steam (have to reinstall all of my games because of that)
- i've looked into updating and downgrading video drivers.

but i cant seem to fix these corrupted images. any ideas?

after my research on the net..image corruption seemed to cause by video cards, happens to some amd radeon video cards (in my situation radeon 6800). i cleared all the cache using ccleaner (including internet/firefox), also cleared the temp files and cache files on steam ..restarted my comp. after restarting, problem should fix itself.
