I cant access my own ticket....the link they gave me takes me no where.....i just wanna see if its been answered

As of Nov. 10, 2016, the link provided in this thread no longer works. It takes you to an extremely limited FAQ with no way to submit a question they haven't asked themselves.

Valve reworked the Support section, presumably because people were jumping immediately to Tickets rather than consulting the Knowledge Base (or asking on the forums for things outside of Support's purview)
