Team Fortress 2 Weapon is missing

Whatsup guys, I put this hud > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oduzm75ZT7g < in my tf2, and the weapon is gone, I've tried r_drawviewmodel 1 cl_hud 1 but nothing brings my gun back to my hand, and I miss that, could anyone help me?
I have the backup of script, cfg folders, but my game is not back to normal..

so.. I deleted complete folder tf2 and re-downloaded the game.. and nothings change..
could be something to do with "steam cloud"?

theres anyway to "reset" all game settings? like I was playing for the first time?

loudout is fine, I can see my items.. In game i CANT see the weapon in 'my' hand..
