Unity Engine laggy but not other games?
I don't understand it, I play css on high settings and get around 70fps, but when I play a Unity game, like that beloved Slender game, high settings for that is like 20fps. I have intel hd graphics, integrated since i have a laptop

I hear yah. It does seem like a cheaply thrown together engine. It's sluggish as hell, and it doesn't have many options for settings, and usually sucks for fullscreen and window mode settings.

Yeah because thats the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ UNITY Engine.

I stopped purchasing games whos running on Unity.

Because every single game I bought lagged as ♥♥♥♥ and I had to lower the graphics down to hell to get descent FPS and by that graphics are looking like games from 2003...

Im unable to max out any Unity game without ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lag, while I can max out games who have greater graphics without lag.

UNITY engine is very similair to every console port on the market, most of them are really badly optimized and look awful. There are some golden games but very few, RoboCraft is one of the better ones but it is cursed with crappy camera controls and FPS cap.

I have an alright nvidia card in my pc and have the same issue, any game that uses the Unity engine starts at 70 fps or higher and drops to 10-15 in minutes making the games virtually unplayable.

Sounds like thermal throttling.
