GameBooster from iobit

I have been using IObit's GameBooster software for about a year now and I have noticed something strange about my Steam games - they all seem to be from countries where they weren't bought. For example - I bought Borderlands from the Steam Store about a year ago and when I load up Gamebooster and look at the icon in the gamebox it says my Borderlands is Italian - I'm not, never been there (am sure it's lovely but just not got there yet) and I purchased my games in the UK. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced the same or if this information can be ignored?
