Open up your Steam Settings window.

Under the ACCOUNT tab (the first one on the left), there is a button with the words "Change Password or Secret Question". Click it.

SORRY no meaning to the caps... my problem is i have bought cod black ops ii and set it up with a different steam account because i couldnt get all this crap to work. i am soo frustrated. i have spent all this money and cant play the game. i am now logged into my steam acount that i set up first, the one i use, bu tmy game is registered to the other one, and as such it thinks its not me. any way i can merge them or change the wrong one to the good one. thanks alot

You cannot merge accounts or get games transferred to other accounts. You will need to log into that other Steam account to play Call of Duty: Black Ops II.

how do i do that. my computer turns it all on at setup. why cant steam help, fix it. this is such an absolute PAIN IS THE ASSSSSSS.

How do you change the freaking password? There is not a change password button FFS! I'm at this page:

No button to change password whatsoever. This stupid page has only a list of the games I've bought.
