Does BO2 Revolution DLC stays on my account when i uninstall steam?

If i buy Revolution and Uprising dlc for Black Ops 2 and i delete steam or i get a new computer and i install steam again and login to my account , will steam save Revolution and Uprising dlc or do i need to buy them again? please help anyone :(

games and dlc are permanently tied to your account. as long as you log into the correct account you can play your games and dlc
