What is a mystery card for?

I just found a mystery card when i crafted my HL2 City 17 badge, im just wondering what it will do.

Looks like if you click the card 3 times at 3:33 pm and again at 3:33 am the mystery is solved.

I just tried this and it worked!!! I won't tell what just happened because I don't wanna spoil it for others, but needless to say, Valve have yet again set the bar so high.

On the Steam medal Faqs it says by crafting medals you can obtain coupons for different games or DLCs, considering I didn't find anything like that maybe the mystery cards have something to do with that.

Meant to write scheme. Boy do people get disturbed if somebody do so much as point a finger at valve. Still, thanks for proving my point that this is just to make people shell-out extra cash (for some feature that is completly irrelevant).

Nothing official has been disclosed, but it doesn't take a genius to figure it out.
