I have a coupon that expires tomorrow from the trading cards. Assuming Steam doesn't want coupons used during the sale (which is why we're getting mystery cards), the sale starts on the 11th. Every year has started on a Thursday.

the new tomb raider was at 50% off a month and a half later and it sold very well and it has very positive reviews, so, you never know

while there is no certainty, there is no reason for it to not be. it has been before, and basically dlc goes on sale aat the same time as the main game does.
