Bestbuy is pretty far from where i live and the employes there dont evan let you breath, you cant evan look through the blu ray's without some clown checking on you every two minutes. And im not going to Gamestop becuase i dont like to shop at places where greed is THROUGH THE ROOF and i dont agree with their GREEDY business practices either.

You can also use prepaid gift cards like Visa/MasterCard Vanilla. That isn't related to Steam Wallet, but another way to buy games without a credit card.
