CS:Source metamod , sourcemod activate plugins

Hello everyone , what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ day to know that i can't load plugins in my cs source , can enyone help me solve it ? i already downloaded the newest versions of metamod and sourcemod but how to activate them on console , can u gimme the cvars i have to use ? ty for helping :)
