How to Rate up friends activity feed?

There is a badge called community badges, and there is a requirement inside which ask us to rate up our friends activity feed in the activity feed page, but when i click in, there isnt any rate up button.. ><

Just scroll down the activity page, there will be a thumb next to 'rate up' on the left.

its on thje left side of the feed try refreshing maybe ?

Can I rate any kind of activity? A person on my friend list got some achievements in a game and there is no option to rate it at all.

Achievements and group events are not valid for this.
