Fallout 3 Flickering lines on transparent textures (Sigh..)
I have disabled Vsync, disabled FXAA, capped the framerate, disabling random mods, nothing seems to help.

Specs:
GeForce GTX 560 (Not [TI]Tanium Edition)
Intel i7 2600k Quadcore 3.4ogHz CPU
16GB of DDR3 RAM

Drivers up-to-date

Flickering still happens when Fellout is disabled**

UPDATE: It was because I had
iNumHWThreads
Set to 4.

Setting it to 2 or 3 fixed the problem.
(You have to set iNumHWThreads to 2 and enable threaded AI or the game crashes.)

I'll keep ya'll posted if I encounter any more problems.
EDIT: Nevermind, flickering happens LESS.

I've tried disabling Transparency Multisampling but there's still minor flickering,
I'm looking into using the SMAA injector.

Same problem here. HWThreads 3 not fix a problem.
