Accout Stolen - No reply from steam support for the question

I have posted necessary details under support section.. I have not got any reply from them.. I am getting tensed because more the time they respond for it, my account is getting misused more.. Please guide me if u know what is the proper way to contact steam for such urgent cases. thanks

You may get a reply between 2 days to 2 weeks. Depending on how thorough you are with the information you gave the steam staff, your problem can be solved within the first reply or many later.

Next time use steam guard and link your steam account with a gmail with 2 step authentication.

I believe I have included all the necessary details with (enabled steam guard) all snapshots and cd key etc . I hope they will respond like after 2 or 4 days or so.. Can i try to register another queston?

Probably not a good idea, there is a rumor that setting up multiple tickets for the same problem actually slows down your own ticket response time.

ok.. So only I didnt do any unnecessary stuffs.. I have told them as it is what happened..
Phishing to get my login details and conf code was the issue actually.. The scammer/hacker has sold/traaded all my valuable stuffs immediately. If steam agree to help me , will they recover my inventory (dota 2)? or I will get my account alone ?

They will recover your stuff at their discretion, if this is a first time thing, then they will most likely recover.

we can modify the category.. in my case
my issue has 2 problem
1. account lost
2. dota 2 items lost

I registered the question under the category of items lost
since i didnt have the cd key with me ( unable to find it at that time )

In order for fast response to stop misusing of your account, we always will prefer lost account option ( which requires cd key to be entered) I found it like 11 hrs after the incident.

Hence i have modified it to account lost (after 10 hours from when question was asked)... and i have mentioned in reply that I have added cd key.. I believe they have clear system which records the steps how i changed the posts.. there wont be any problem i believe..

Thanks for your advice bro... It feels really akward when i loose invent worth 250 $ or so . 1 yr of dota life has gone to waste... I believe you are a moderator.. thanks btw :)
