Mount and Blade Warband Serial key incorrect

Well i bought this game today cause it was on sale,and when i try to join a server it asks me for a serial key,i type in my CD-key from steam,but it says incorrect serial key.

From what I can gather, the publisher ran out of product keys. You'll need to wait for them to sort it out.

Same problem but i have a retail key. But still same problem. My serial number entry on the registery keeps disapearing. And i just bought for the multiplayer

I got it! All you need to do is to write your Warband serial key to registry using regedit. All letters must be capital (use SHIFT-button or CapsLock while writing cd key). Good luck and i'm going to play!!!:D
regedit - HKEY_CURRENT_USER - MountAndBladeWarbandKeys - serial-key - enter your cdkey with capital letters!

when i go to hkey current user there is no mount and blade warband keys? is it because i am running win 10? maybe :/
