Mount & Blade: Warband CD-Key won't request

This is the second time something like that happened to me... Basically the CD-Key won't request! The screen where it gives me the CD Key just stays at "Requesting CD-key..." and it never comes! Wich means I can't play multiplayer, I bought it with Napoleonic Wars and I wanted to play it really bad but it seems like I wasted some of my money, haven't I? A problem like that happened to me when I bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 aswell, but my friend gave me his account so I'm ok, for now, but there's no one to let me borrow their CD-Key for Warband.
Steam/Valve, are you aware of this problem? Is there anyone there to help be solve this? It makes me really upset, thank you if you can support me.

Its not only your probolem its everybody probolem, i spend 10 euros in the game and key didnt work, and now the game is 5 euros... its like i want my money back, i want my 5 euros

If it's stuck at "Requesting CD key..." they've run out of keys. They'll have to wait until they get more from Paradox.
