Click on Steam to open Library?
Is there any way to open the Library page by default by clicking the Steam icon on my desktop without having to set it to Small Mode? It's annoying that I have to wait for Steam to unfreeze by loadiing te store page when I just want to go to my library and play a game.

Yes. Check your Steam Settings and under the "Interface" tab choose Library as your "Favourite Window".

Oh my God, I've been looking everywhere for this. Thank you! I'd give you a +1 rep if these forums actually did that.
Now to repin this to my taskbar.
