Can't find shopping 'cart' in steam

I'm unable to find shopping cart in steam without adding a new item to it.

It's on the very top right, just next to your whishlist (if you have any) and above the "Search Store" bar

thanks for your response but I don't see a cart button above the search store bar. I can see the search bar and a wishlist button, I have 2 items in my wishlist and about 5~ items in the cart but the button isn't showing. Any other ideas?

well I can now see the cart button the place Master-Guy said to look. Unfortunately I'm not sure why it wasn't there before. So sorry I can't help if anyone else has this problem.
