Cannot install any game - Steam servers are too busy to handle your request
Well I'm about to explode because just a couple days ago (2-3 days) My Counter Strike Global Offensive and Left 4 Dead 2 games open up, say "Completing Installation", and at 100% it says "Steam servers too busy to handle your request". I reinstalled Skyrim and Just Cause 2 because I wanted a fresh start, so basically it's now every game I don't have installed and thos two games! All my other games work fine. Here's what I've done so far.

Verify Integrity of Game Cache - FAILED
Defragment Game Files - FAILED
Reinstall Games - FAILED
Reinstall Steam - FAILED
Subscribe/ Unsubscribe from Steam Beta Client - FAILED
Ensure my Firewall has specific permission to let games through - FAILED
Run steam as admin - FAILED
Run game as admin and run the .exe game file - FAILED

I am at my wit's end because all my friends want top lay with me and I'm like "No I have this wierd error" so yes if ANYONE has any possible solution (Other than reinstalling windows, already verified that) please please please suggest it.

Thanks for your help. The thing doesn't crash nearly as fast with the -dev command line and running the complete_install_via_http command so i pray the next update in conjunction with that will fix it.

OR

Steam uses content servers that are located all over the world. Steam attempts to select the best content server based on your location. If Steam downloads are going slower than expected, please double check your current download region:

Start Steam
Go to Steam > Settings > Downloads tab
Under Download region, select the region that you are in or that is closest to you.
You can also try various regions near your location to see if a better connection is available.

Hope This will Work ! ,Uri™

Kuroko, tried both of those before :c

A silly suggestion that may work. Right click on the game and click "Pause Updating" then right click and "Resume Update" unless I completely read that incorrectly but it does seem you've tried everything. I do know there are some issues currently with Steam but when you've tried everything it's best to contact

Steam Support

Must be very frustrating and I hope your issue is resolved ASAP.

Problem has not been solved yet, still taking suggestions

If you're still having this problem, here's a few suggestions:

Exit steam, rename the file ClientRegistry.blob to ClientRegistryOld.blob (to force it to redownload)

Temporarily disable all antivirus/firewall protection (completely)

Reboot windows (assuming that's what you use) in safe mode with networking enabled when downloading the game and starting it up for the first time

If you're using a router, try connecting your modem directly to your computer

Also, what's the error code at the end? There seems to be multiple error codes associated with this.

Hello, I got this issue fixed long ago but thanks for your interest in helping me.
BTW for anyone else having this problem, I fixed it by disabling McAfee Anti-Virus "Real-Time Scanning" feature.
